Let Your Food Be Your Medicine
Above all, I give honor, praise, and glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for blessing me with a profound love for naturopathy, nutrition, and herbal medicine, along with the gift of healing through my hands.
People often ask why my natural approach produces results so quickly and effectively. My answer is straightforward: I am not the one who heals. God designed the physical body with the ability to restore itself when the mind permits it. By nourishing yourself with the foods your body was created to process, you can overcome nearly any illness. At times, however, the body needs additional support from God’s miraculous, electrically living plants, which we refer to as alkaline herbs.
We must develop a deeper understanding of the order of the universe, inherited traits, and how they relate to nourishment, illness, and recovery. The liver serves as a grounding connection for the brain, the heart generates a pulsating electromagnetic field, the pineal gland creates carbon, and the pituitary gland creates copper. Together, they produce a spiraling electrical energy within the nervous system. You are a living, electrical being, and your nourishment was therefore intended to come from living, electrical foods.
The foods intended for your body come from the region where your earliest ancestors, your original bloodline, first lived. Those first people did not consume meat, dairy products, yeast, grains, protein, or complex sugars. These principles are stated in the very Torah that so many of us profess to believe in and follow.
Genesis 1:29–31, paraphrased:
God declared that He had provided every seed-producing plant across the earth and every tree bearing seed-filled fruit as food for humanity.
He also provided green plants as nourishment for the animals of the land, the birds of the sky, and every living creature moving upon the earth. And it happened as He commanded.
God looked upon all He had created and saw that it was very good. Evening passed, followed by morning, marking the sixth day.
When you picture the jungles of the land commonly called “Africa,” what comes to mind? You see carnivorous lions consuming the flesh of fallen prey, omnivorous badgers feeding on vegetation and mice, and herbivorous zebras grazing on grass and leaves. Then there are the fruit-eating primates, including apes and gorillas, consuming fruit from trees and turning to plants and herbs only when they are unwell.
Here is my question: Which of these mammals most closely resembles humans in physical structure and internal anatomy, without considering spiritual differences? As you likely guessed, it is the primates, particularly apes and gorillas. Observe how apes and gorillas live on fruit, while the other animals also feed in accordance with their respective designs.
What, then, are human beings meant to consume? The chart below illustrates the view that humans were created to follow the same fruit-based diet as gorillas. The whole human digestive tract shares the same structure and alkaline arrangement as that of apes and gorillas. Our complete genetic blueprint was intended for a diet of vegetables, fruit, berries, melons, and nuts.
